Nova Sotecma is the first Angolan company to obtain ISO 9001 Certification by the German TUV RHEINLAND.

Under the scope of the Sinase Conference on the 29th of February, 2012, at Hotel Trópico in Luanda, entitled: “Management, Quality and Innovation in Public and Private Organisations”, the respective International Certificate was today delivered by the representative of the certifying entity (Delegate of German Economy in Angola, Ricardo Gerigk).

SINASE, a consultancy with 44 years of activity, specialised in the implementation of systems in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety (International Normative ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001) organised on the 29th of February 2012, its 2nd International Conference in Luanda, this time with the theme “Management, Quality and Innovation in Public and Private Organisations”.

The conference follows others, which take place every year, in Lisbon and Madrid.

The latest initiative presents a different structure, as well as the usual panels, where several internationally and nationally renowned speakers intervened. Two Think Tank sessions took place, under the theme “Management, Quality and Innovation”, from 9:00 to 12:00, as well as a Think Tank session on “Clinical Governance” from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, the day before the conference, on the 28th of February.

Each work session was moderated by three facilitators with experience in this model and formed by 25 members, with top positions in Angolan public and private organisations.

These two sessions enabled a strategic reflection on the topics, whose conclusions were presented at the Sinase Conference.

Among the various personalities and moderators, we wish to highlight: GOOD PRACTICES FOR ADMINISTRATION IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR; THE IMPORTANCE OF ANGOLAN ENTREPRENEURS; INNOVATION AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY; THE RELEVANCE OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE OIL INDUSTRY; INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CLINICAL GOVERNANCE; QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS; THREE CASE STUDIES BY ANGOLAN ENTITIES (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) IN TERMS OF QUALITY CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE INTERNATIONAL NORMATIVE ISO 9001.

As well as this, the certificates for the International Normative ISO 9001 were delivered to Nova Sotecma, the first Angolan company to obtain Certification by the German TUB and to the Guiché Único da Empresa (GUI), the first public institution to obtain ISO 9001 certification in Angola through AENOR, in Spain.
s happens in Lisbon and Madrid, Sinase also delivered Awards for Recognition of Good Practices to public and private entities who have contributed to the impact in the economy and quality of living in Angola, according to the following categories:

The audience exceeded 250 guests and included CEOs, managers and other representatives of public and private entities from various sectors.

The closing ceremony occurred at 1:20 pm as predicted with the final intervention of Gonçalves Pereira, founding partner of SINASE.

No âmbito da Conferência Sinase 29 Fev. 2012 – Hotel Trópico: “Gestão, Qualidade e Inovação nas Organizações Públicas e Privadas, foi hoje oficialmente entregue pela mão ddo representante da entidade certificadora (Delegado da Economia Alemã em Angola, Arqto Ricardo Gerigk) o respectivo Certificado Internacional.

A SINASE, empresa de Consultoria, com 44 anos de actividade, especializada em projetos de Implementação de Sistemas nas áreas da Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança (Normativos Internacionais ISO 9001, 14001 e OHSAS 18001) realizou em 29 de Fevereiro de 2012, a 2ª Conferência Internacional, em Luanda, desta vez sobre o tema “Gestão, Qualidade e Inovação nas Organizações Públicas e Privadas”.

Esta Conferência vem na sequência de outras, realizadas anualmente, em Lisboa e Madrid.

Esta  última iniciativa apresenta uma estrutura diferente, pois para além dos habituais painéis, em que interviram vários oradores com prestígio nacional e internacional, foram realizadas duas Sessões Think Tank “Gestão, Qualidade e Inovação”, das 9,00 horas às 12,00 horas  e Think Tank “Clinical Governance”, das 14,30 horas às 17,30 horas, na  véspera da Conferência, em 28 de Fevereiro.

Cada sessão de trabalho foi moderada por três facilitadores, com experiência neste modelo de sessão e constituída por vinte e cinco membros, responsáveis de topo de Organizações públicas e privadas angolanas.

Estas duas sessões possibilitaram uma reflexão estratégica dos temas, cujas conclusões foram apresentadas na Conferência Sinase.

De entre as vários personalidades, moderadores e oradores destacam-se os: – AS BOAS PRÁTICAS DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO NO SECTOR PRIVADO – A IMPORTÂNCIA DO EMPRESARIADO ANGOLANO; –  INOVAÇÃO E RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL; –  A RELEVÂNCIA DAS PEQUENAS E MÉDIAS EMPRESAS NA INDÚSTRIA PETROLÍFERA;-  SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE GESTÃO CLINICAL GOVERNANCE ; – A GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE  NAS EMPRESAS E  INSTITUIÇÕES DE SAÚDE; – TRÊS EXPERIÊNCIAS  DE ENTIDADES ANGOLANAS, PÚBLICAS E PRIVADAS EM TERMOS DE  CERTIFICAÇÃO DA QUALIDADE, PELO NORMATIVO INTERNACIONAL ISO 9001.

Foram, ainda, entregues os certificados pelo Normativo Internacional ISO 9001, à Nova Sotecma, 1ª empresa angolana a obter a Certificação pela TUV alemã e Guichê Único da Empresa, 1ª Instituição pública a obter a certificação pela ISO 9001 em Angola, através da AENOR – Espanha

Tal como ocorre em Lisboa e Madrid,  fora também entregues os Prémios de Reconhecimento de Boas Práticas a entidades públicas e privadas  que contribuíram para o impacto na economia e na qualidade de vida  em Angola, de acordo com as seguintes categorias:
